The Montessori curriculum for children rising 2.5 years to 5 years is well balanced and focuses on the individual child and the start of their learning journey. Each curriculum area is presented one-to-one and through small group work.

The Montessori Teachers observe and record the children’s achievements in their Individual Learning Journey folders. These achievements are fed back to parents at Parent Evenings.

The Montessori Curriculum is linked across to the Early Years Foundation Stage preparing the children well with a solid basis for later learning and life. The children learn in a concrete way and establish concepts through using specific Montessori apparatus.
